 YOUR ARRIVAL

Drink plenty of water and have a light carb snack before class. We promise, you will burn it off. We have water for purchase and a towel for you to use. Wear athletic attire and shoes. Arrive at least 15 minutes before class so we can get you checked in, get your wraps on and show you your spot before the party starts!

BAG SIDE

Both sides are dope...but this one allows you to get that sh*t off your chest if you need to! Our custom Aqua Training Bags give your hand a "soft" surface to beat up for your bag side rounds. Once you strap up and start swinging, you will get completely lost in the music and the lights. Ok Ali, we see you!

FLOOR SIDE

Strength training is imperative if you want to see results from your work. Our custom design workout plans change every single class. Whether its body weight or dumbbells, you will always know what you're doing, why you're doing it and for how long. Our instructor demos every move as well as gives a modification because this workout is for all levels!
